Currently on location to film Faster, which is an action-drama co-starring Billy Bob Thorton, and pretty much my first non-family Disneyesque movie in a few years. Not that I've minded the family orientated movies because it means that my daughter and I can watch them together. But I've never wanted to be typed cast as any one particular role so it's time to start branching out again and taking more diverse types of characters to fill out my movie resume.
Though Dani and I are officially divorced now she's my best friend and always going to be someone I love deeply and share my life with because we share a beautiful daughter together. Our daughter Simone is now 8 years old and growing up so fast. I still remember the day she was born and I got to hold her for the first time, I was scared out of my fucking mind but I knew that I could never love anyone more then I loved her and knew that I would give my life for her. I think anyone with children can relate to that feeling, because honestly once your child(ren) come along you're life is never the same. It's not just about you any more, there's always someone else to consider and that makes a huge impact on your choices, but all for the better I say.
We try to keep Simone's life as routine as possible and away from the media spotlight because we just want her to grow up being a healthy happy normal child. So that means she plays soccer, has chores, earns an allowance. Dani and I go to dance and piano recitals, take her school shopping, take her and her little friends to Universal Orlando for her birthday. Anything any other parent would do, we're doing. I've even been class daddy for the week, and gone to help out in her class in the past.
With Extreme Rules now offically behind us that means summer is quickly approaching which I really am looking forward to since it means my possibly working with the WWE again and doing some pretty cool things. Will I be climbing back into the ring for one last hurrah, more then likely no but I guess one can never really say never when it comes to that. I will however be looking to get involved in a storyline or two if it can be worked out.
